Raven Events produces seven to nine events across the country annually. We aim to establish long-term relationships with our suppliers. We enjoy many mutually beneficial partnerships with conference facilities, hotels, AV services and other suppliers nationally.
All of our suppliers are required to complete our RFP forms posted below. The forms specify some of our policies which are non-negotiable. We expect suppliers that win a bid to provide contracts that are consistent with our requirements and as quoted in the RFP forms. Ideally, our RFP forms will be attached to your contract as an appendix, confirming all detailed costs and associated information.
All RFP forms allow you to save a draft and resume your bid completion within 30 days.
